Wilmington has been home to me since 2007, and over the years I’ve come to appreciate everything that makes this area such a special place to live. Originally from Northern Virginia, I moved here to be closer to my parents after they chose Wilmington for retirement. The beaches, year-round lifestyle, welcoming community, and quality of life quickly confirmed that I had made the right decision.

That personal experience of choosing Wilmington shapes the way I work with my clients today. I believe great real estate starts with listening.
